Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Om den som är betalningsskyldig för mervärdesskatt inte är bokföringsskyldig enligt bokföringslagen (1999:1078), ska den utgående skatten redovisas för den redovisningsperiod då den beskattningsgrundande händelsen har inträffat.
