En beskattningsbar person som omfattas av ett identifieringsbeslut ska för varje kalenderkvartal lämna en särskild sammanställning till Skatteverket på elektronisk väg.
Sammanställningen ska lämnas även om inga leveranser eller tillhandahållanden har gjorts. Lag (2024:942).
