Skatteverket ska också återkalla ett identifieringsbeslut om den behöriga myndigheten i ett annat EU-land meddelat att den beskattningsbara personen inte längre har rätt att tillämpa undantaget från skatteplikt i det EU-landet, eller om undantaget från skatteplikt har upphört att vara tillämpligt där. Lag (2024:942).
