Om en beskattningsbar person som är etablerad i ett annat EU-land har anmält till den behöriga myndigheten i det landet att den vill tillämpa undantaget från skatteplikt i Sverige, ska Skatteverket pröva om villkoren i 4 § är uppfyllda och fatta beslut om detta. Lag (2024:942).
