Om villkoren i 4 § inte längre är uppfyllda för en beskattningsbar person som är etablerad i ett annat EU-land och som tillämpar undantaget från skatteplikt här, ska Skatteverket fatta beslut om att villkoren inte längre är uppfyllda. Lag (2024:942).
