Vid överlåtelse av investeringsvaror, utom sådana som omfattas av frivillig beskattning, i samband med att en verksamhet överlåts eller vid fusion eller liknande förfarande, ska förvärvaren överta överlåtarens rättighet och skyldighet att justera avdrag för ingående skatt. Detta gäller dock bara om förvärvaren har avdragsrätt.
