Vid överlåtelse av fastighet i annat fall än som avses i 20 § ska förvärvaren överta överlåtarens rättighet och skyldighet att justera avdrag för ingående skatt, om förvärvaren har avdragsrätt. Detta gäller dock inte om överlåtaren och förvärvaren har träffat avtal om att överlåtaren ska justera avdragen.
