Det beviljade beloppet ska betalas ut i
1. Sverige, eller
2. ett annat EU-land, om sökanden begär det.
Vid utbetalning i ett annat EU-land ska Skatteverket från beloppet som ska betalas ut dra av de bankavgifter som tagits ut för överföringen.
