Om Skatteverket bifaller en ansökan om återbetalning, ska Skatteverket betala ut det beviljade beloppet till sökanden eller den som sökanden anger senast 10 arbetsdagar från den dag då
1. tidsfristen i 21 § löpte ut, eller
2. tidsfristerna i 22 § löpte ut, om ytterligare uppgifter eller kompletterande ytterligare uppgifter har begärts av Skatteverket.
