Skatteplikt gäller dock för
1. ett försäkringsföretags leverans av tillgångar som övertagits i samband med skadereglering, och
2. ett finansieringsföretags leverans av tillgångar som företaget har återtagit med stöd av ett av företaget övertaget köpeavtal.
