Skatteplikt gäller också om
1. den leverans genom vilken den beskattningsbara personen förvärvat varan har undantagits från skatteplikt enligt 69, 70, 71 eller 73 §, eller
2. det unionsinterna förvärvet eller importen av varan inte har beskattats när varan förts in i Sverige, eftersom motsvarande leverans inom landet skulle ha undantagits från skatteplikt enligt 69, 70, 71 eller 73 §.
