Vid uppsägning av en arbetstagare som har fyllt 69 år ska 30 § om underrättelse, varsel och rätt till överläggning tillämpas, om inte förhandling enligt 11-14 §§ lagen (1976:580) om medbestämmande i arbetslivet har hållits i frågan. Lag (2019:529).
