Vid uppsägning av en arbetstagare som har fyllt 69 år ska följande bestämmelser inte tillämpas:
1. 7 § om sakliga skäl för uppsägning,
2. 8 § andra stycket om innehållet i ett uppsägningsbesked,
3. 9 § om skyldighet för arbetsgivaren att uppge grunden för uppsägningen, och
4. 34 § om ogiltigförklaring av uppsägning. Lag (2022:836).
