Har köparen fått en räkning, är han bunden av det pris som har angetts i räkningen. Detta gäller dock inte, om han inom skälig tid meddelar säljaren att han inte godkänner priset, om ett lägre pris följer av avtalet eller om det fordrade beloppet är oskäligt.
