Betalning skall ske hos säljaren. Om betalning skall ske mot överlämnande av varan eller dokument avseende varan, skall den dock ske där överlämnandet äger rum.
Skyldigheten att betala omfattar även skyldighet att i enlighet med avtalet acceptera växel och ställa remburs, bankgaranti eller annan säkerhet samt att vidta de andra åtgärder som behövs för att möjliggöra betalning.
