Genom registreringen av minskningsbeslutet fastställs minskningen av aktiekapitalet till det belopp som har angetts i beslutet eller, om ett visst belopp inte har angetts, till summan av de indragna aktiernas kvotvärden.
Aktiekapitalet är minskat när minskningsbeslutet har registrerats eller, i sådana fall som avses i 23 §, när ett beslut enligt 27 eller 28 § har registrerats.
