Om minskningen av aktiekapitalet har genomförts med indragning av aktier, ska de indragna aktierna genast strykas ur aktieboken. I avstämningsbolag ska styrelsen genast anmäla till den värdepapperscentral som för avstämningsregister för bolaget att minskningen har registrerats. Lag (2016:60).
