Personvernforordningen artikkel 83 nr. 4 gjelder tilsvarende for overtredelser av personvernforordningen artikkel 10 og artikkel 24.
Datatilsynet kan ilegge offentlige myndigheter og organer overtredelsesgebyr etter reglene i personvernforordningen artikkel 83, jf. artikkel 83 nr. 7.
