Oppfyllelsesfristen for et vedtak om overtredelsesgebyr er fire uker fra vedtaket er endelig.
Retten kan prøve alle sider av saker om overtredelsesgebyr. Retten kan avsi dom for realiteten i saken dersom den finner det hensiktsmessig og forsvarlig.
