Tidligere og ny arbeidsgiver skal så tidlig som mulig informere de berørte arbeidstakere om overdragelse som nevnt i § 16-1. Det skal gis særskilt informasjon om forhold nevnt i § 16-5 andre ledd bokstavene a til f.
