The steps
1.Count the workers and test the threshold
Entities with fifty or more workers must have an internal reporting channel, and certain sectors are covered regardless of size.

2.Appoint independent recipients
Those receiving reports must be independent and competent to follow them up.

3.Keep the seven-day and three-month deadlines
Receipt is acknowledged within seven days, and feedback on the follow-up is given within three months.

4.Document the processing of personal data
The reporter's identity is protected, and the processing of personal data in the channel must be accountable under supervision.

The agency's procedure
This is how the agency describes the sequence in its own guidance.
- Set up the channel and appoint independent persons to receive reports.
- Acknowledge receipt within seven days of the report arriving.
- Follow up the report and give feedback within three months.
- Protect the reporter's identity and document the processing of personal data.
Limits
