Article 43Provision of information to FIUs

Member States shall ensure that supervisors communicate to the FIU at least the following information:
(a)
the list of establishments operating in the respective Member State and the list of infrastructure under their supervision pursuant to Article 38(1), and of any changes to those lists;
(b)
any relevant findings indicating serious weaknesses of the reporting systems of obliged entities;
(c)
the results of the risk assessments performed pursuant to Article 40, in aggregated form.
