Förordnad god man för ett ensamkommande flyktingbarn har ersatts enligt en av överförmyndarnämnden fastställd schablon. Hovrätten har konstaterat att vid fastställande av arvode till god man har en kommun som utgår från en schablonersättning alltid att pröva om schablonen svarar mot ett skäligt arvode för den gode mannens ersättningsgilla arbetsinsatser.
