Fråga om skälig ersättning till god man enligt lagen (2005:429) om ensamkommande barn. Då en god mans rätt till ersättning är reglerad i lag är det inte möjligt att med hänvisning till ett ingånget avtal utöka eller begränsa rätten till ersättning utöver vad som i det enskilda fallet anses skäligt. Vad som utgör skälig ersättning har bedömts utifrån uppdragets art och omfattning med utgångspunkt i att ett uppdrag som god man har ett betydande ideellt inslag.
