Samtycke till godmanskap. En person som haft en god man förordnad för sig hade inte betalat arvodet till den gode mannen. Fråga om personen då kunde anses ha samtyckt till godmanskap. Hovrätten ansåg att så var fallet, eftersom personen fortfarande var i behov av en god man, uttryckte att han önskade en sådan och samarbetade med den gode mannen.
