Den nya lydelsen i 44 § andra stycket lagen om domstolsärenden - enligt vilken det gäller en presumtion för att en handling, som genom en postförsändelse har nått domstolen eller en behörig befattningshavare en viss dag, ska anses ha kommit in närmast föregående arbetsdag - medför inte att uttrycket "skilts av för domstolen på ett postkontor" ska ges en förändrad innebörd. I enlighet med tidigare uttalanden i rätts-praxis kan således handlingar som har levererats till domstolen genom ett postföretag inte anses ha skilts av för domstolens räkning på ett postkontor.
