Överflyttning av barn enligt 1980 års Haagkonvention. Fråga bl.a. om barnet - som sökanden påstått men motparten förnekat - befann sig i Sverige och vad denna fråga hade för betydelse för prövningen av ansökan om överflyttning. Hovrätten fann, till skillnad från tingsrätten, att det av utredningen i målet måste framgå att barnet finns i Sverige för att en ansökan om överflyttning ska bifallas.
