Synnerliga skäl har ansetts föreligga att på ansökan av gäldenären ändra ett beslut om skuldsanering då Kronofogdemyndigheten i sitt beslut inte tagit hänsyn till att gäldenären skulle uppnå pensionsåldern och därmed få ändrade ekonomiska villkor under den tid som betalningsplanen löpte. Enligt hovrätten kunde det antas att förbehållsbeloppet och det disponibla beloppet på grund av förbiseende blivit felaktigt beräknade och det var uppenbart att gäldenären till följd av sin nuvarande ekonomiska situation inte skulle kunna följa den fastställda betalningsplanen.
