Mord
Mord. Två män på flykt undan polisen tog sig fram till ett hus som beboddes av två makar och hotade mannen i huset med vapen i avsikt att tillskansa sig makarnas bil. Därpå uppstod en kamp mellan den hotade och en av gärningsmännen, som höll i ett gevär. Under kampen gick ett skott av som orsakade den hotade mannens död. Gärningsmannen har befunnits ha haft uppsåt att döda. Även fråga om den andre gärningsmannens ansvar för dödsfallet och om påföljd för mord.
