En person som genomgått musikutbildning (violinklassen på Musikhögskolan) kunde på grund av organisk nervsjukdom (s.k. violinistkramp) inte vara yrkesmässigt verksam som violinist och kunde inte heller på annat sätt få sin försörjning genom musikutbildningen. Avskrivning har medgivits beträffande studiestödsskuld och viss del av studielån som hänförde sig till musikutbildningen.
