I mål om informationsföreläggande mot en internetleverantör avseende namn och adress till användare av IP-adresser, där det finns sannolika skäl för att upphovsrättsintrång i filmer förekommer, har internetleverantören förpliktats att ersätta rättighetshavaren för rättegångskostnader.
