Anteckning i fastighetsregistret. Vid gåva av en fastighetsandel ska ett hembudsförbehåll till förmån för andra gåvotagare anses ha förlorat sin betydelse när hela fastigheten har kommit i en och samma ägares hand, om det inte tydligt följer av gåvobrevet att givaren avsett något annat. En anteckning i fastighetsregistret om förbehållet har då uppenbarligen inte längre någon betydelse och ska därför tas bort.
