Ersättning för annan än rent ekonomisk skada vid upphovsrättsintrång. Ideell skada bestående i lidande eller annat förfång aktualiseras normalt inte för juridiska personer om det inte finns en nära koppling mellan den juridiska personen och den upphovsman som har skapat verket. Den som begär ersättning måste konkretisera vilka omständigheter som åberopas och, vid behov, bevisa dessa.
