Vid överprövning i ett mål om upphandling beslutades att upphandlingen skulle göras om. Ett företag som lämnade anbud i den första upphandlingen, men inte i den andra, har inte ansetts ha rätt till skadestånd vare sig för sina kostnader för att upprätta anbud eller för sina kostnader för att föra talan mot det första upphandlingsbeslutet.
