På grund av flygbolagets konkurs kunde resan inte genomföras. Resebyrån har ansetts vara förmedlare av resan och inte part i reseavtalet. Resenären har mot resebyråns betalningskrav ansetts, på grund av att en konsumentkredit lämnats, kunna göra samma invändning mot resebyrån som mot flygbolaget.
