Beräkning av byggsanktionsavgift ----- Ett bolag som bedrev campingverksamhet uppförde tio campingstugor utan att startbesked hade beviljats. MÖD har, i likhet med MMD, beräknat byggsanktionsavgiften med utgångspunkten att varje stuga utgör en sådan annan liten byggnad som avses i 9 kap. 6 § 2 PBF och att avgiften ska beräknas för varje stuga för sig och inte för deras samlade totalarea.
