Detaljplan för uppförande av bostadshus ----- Kommunen har i detaljplan upphävt strandskydd inom område som i översiktsplanen pekats ut som område för landsbygdsutveckling i strandnära läge (LIS-område). Kommunens motivering i översiktsplanen till att området utgör ett LIS-område har haft vissa brister. Länsstyrelsen har dock inte haft någon invändning mot utpekandet i översiktsplanen. Det har inte heller framkommit något i målet som tydligt talar för att kommunens redovisning och utpekande av området som ett LIS-område bör ifrågasättas. MÖD har därför funnit att området utgör ett LIS-område. MÖD har vidare funnit att den exploatering som möjliggörs i detaljplanen kan bidra till utvecklingen av landsbygden och att strandskyddets syften fortfarande tillgodoses. Det har därför förelegat särskilda skäl att upphäva strandskyddet i detaljplanen och kommunenens beslut att anta planen har fastställts.
