Bygglov för ombyggnad och tillbyggnad av enbostadshus ----- Bygglovet avsåg bl.a. att bostadshuset skulle byggas till och byggas samman med ett garage och ett rum med matplats belägen ovanpå den innersta delen av garaget. Bygglovet omfattade även en ny takkonstruktion med ett sadeltak över hela bostadshuset. Taket skulle sträcka sig över matplatsen och den inre delen av garaget. Länsstyrelsen hade upphävt bygglovet enbart avseende garaget. Mark- och miljööverdomstolen bedömde att garaget utgjorde en integrerad del av bostadshuset och att det inte varit möjligt att dela upp lovprövningen. Bygglovsbeslutet upphävdes därför i dess helhet.
