Bygglov för utbyte av vindkraftverk ----- Fråga om den utredning som låg till grund för ansökan om bygglov varit tillräcklig för den avvägning mellan olika intressen som ska göras vid bedömningen av markens lämplighet enligt 2 kap. 1 § ÄPBL. Mark- och miljööverdomstolen har funnit att så ej var fallet då vindkraftverket skulle placeras i nära anslutning till skyddsvärda områden för bl.a. fåglar och sökanden inte gjort någon egen inventering av förhållandena på den aktuella platsen.
