Avvisat överklagande ----- Efter anmälan om samråd beträffande en skidanläggning beslutade länsstyrelsen att godta utförandet. Miljödomstolen avvisade överklaganden från ett antal närboende, som ville att skidanläggningen inte skulle få byggas. Miljööverdomstolen uppmärksammade att fyra av klagandena ägde fastigheter som enligt antagen och laga kraftvunnen detaljplan skulle komma att ingå i den planerade skidanläggningen och meddelade prövningstillstånd för dessa. Miljööverdomstolen konstaterade sedan att ett beslut efter en anmälan enligt 12 kap. 6 § miljöbalken inte i sig skapar några rättigheter för anmälaren och därmed inte har någon faktisk effekt gentemot klagandena. Miljööverdomstolen avslog därför överklagandena.
