Tre bolag har marknadsfört en USB-modul vars enda syfte har varit att kirnggå det upphovsrättsliga skyddet för tekniska åtgärder för att på så sätt möjliggöra olovlig exemplarframställning av videospel. Bolagens handhavande av produkten har befunnits olovligt enligt 52 e och 57 a §§ lagen (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk.
