En arbetstagare som byter anställning har rätt till semesterledighet i den nya anställningen endast i den utsträckning arbetstagaren inte redan har haft sådan ledighet i den tidigare anställningen.
Om överföring av semesterförmåner till ny anställning hos samma arbetsgivare finns bestämmelser i 30 b §. Lag (2009:1439).
