Tillstånd får inte ges till gruvdrift eller gruvanläggning för brytning, provbrytning, bearbetning eller anrikning av stenkol, brunkol eller skifferolja.
Trots första stycket får tillstånd ges till gruvdrift eller gruvanläggning för andra mineral som innefattar sådan brytning, provbrytning, bearbetning eller anrikning av stenkol, brunkol eller skifferolja som är nödvändig för att gruvdriften eller gruvanläggningen för dessa andra mineral ska kunna bedrivas. Lag (2025:1043).
