Länsstyrelsen ska göra ett beslut enligt 26 § tillgängligt för allmänheten. Detta gäller dock inte om
1. beslutet gäller en verksamhet eller åtgärd som enbart avser totalförsvaret, och
2. ett tillgängliggörande bedöms påverka totalförsvaret negativt. Lag (2025:770).
