Miljösanktionsavgift skall återbetalas, om betalningsansvaret har upphävts genom beslut som har vunnit laga kraft.
Ränta på miljösanktionsavgift som återbetalas enligt första stycket lämnas enligt 5 § räntelagen (1975:635) för tiden från den dag avgiften betalades till och med den dag avgiften återbetalas.
