Regeringen får i ett enskilt fall besluta att en eller flera kommuner ska redovisa till regeringen eller någon annan myndighet hur kommunen eller kommunerna i sin planering enligt plan- och bygglagen (2010:900) avser att tillgodose ett intresse som rör hushållningen med mark och vatten enligt detta kapitel och 4 kap. Lag (2017:955).
