Om en kungörelse enligt 3 § avser en verksamhet eller åtgärd som omfattas av lagen (1999:381) om åtgärder för att förebygga och begränsa följderna av allvarliga kemikalieolyckor, ska kungörelsen innehålla en upplysning om detta. Lag (2015:232).
