Om en ansökan tas upp till prövning, ska mark- och miljödomstolen utfärda en kungörelse. Kungörelsen ska innehålla
1. en kortfattad redogörelse för ansökan och i mål om vattenverksamhet uppgift om de fastigheter som kan beröras,
2. en upplysning om innehållet i 7 §, om den inte kan lämnas på annat lämpligt sätt, samt en upplysning om innehållet i 10 och 19 §§,
3. sista tidpunkt för synpunkter enligt 10 §,
4. ett tillkännagivande om att kallelser och andra meddelanden i målet till parterna kommer att införas i alla, eller vissa namngivna ortstidningar och att de, om de inte särskilt skickas till en part, hålls tillgängliga i akten, och
5. uppgift om en webbplats eller en lokal där akten hålls tillgänglig.
Om målet kan komma att avgöras på handlingarna, ska det anges i kungörelsen. Lag (2024:963).
