En dom som omfattar tillstånd till en sådan anläggning som avses i 1 e § ska dessutom innehålla en redovisning av slutsatserna i den kostnadsnyttoanalys vars slutsatser ska redovisas i ansökan om tillstånd till anläggningen. Lag (2024:963).
