En dom som omfattar tillstånd att bedriva verksamhet med deponering av avfall ska dessutom alltid innehålla
1. uppgift om vilken av deponiklasserna farligt avfall, icke- farligt avfall eller inert avfall som tillståndet avser,
2. de villkor som behövs i fråga om åtgärder före och under driften av deponin, och
3. de villkor som behövs i fråga om skyldighet att rapportera om avfallstyper och mängder av avfall som har deponerats. Lag (2019:1263).
